Welcome to zeppa.mine.bz (the “Site”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the sale of the Zeppa Tool (the “Product”) by the operator of this Site (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order or making a purchase on the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase from us.

Please read these Terms carefully. They include important information about your rights, our limited return policy, disclaimers of warranty, and limitations on our liability.

1. Our Product

The Zeppa Tool is a brand-new bead depressor designed for tire mounting and dismounting on tire changers. It is manufactured from durable rigid polymer/nylon and is built to be extremely robust. Because of its construction and materials, the Product cannot be defective in manufacture or materials.

2. Orders and Payment

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • Prices are shown on the Site and are in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of checkout. We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout.

3. Shipping and Delivery

We ship the Product in a Tyvek envelope using the least expensive shipping method offered by the United States Postal Service (USPS) at the time of shipment.

  • Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
  • Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the Product is handed over to USPS.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

4. Returns and Refunds

Our return policy is extremely limited.

Because the Product is brand new and cannot be defective due to how it is manufactured, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for the following reasons:

  • You changed your mind.
  • The Product is not what you expected.
  • The Product does not work the way you thought it would.
  • It is not “fit for any specific use” (we make no guarantee of fitness for any particular purpose).

The only valid reason for a return is damage that occurred during shipping.
If the Product arrives damaged by the carrier:

  1. Contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) to request a replacement.
  2. We will issue a Return Authorization Code.
  3. You must return the damaged Product using the Return Authorization Code give to you by us.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item and confirm the damage was not caused by something other than shipping, we will ship you a replacement at no additional charge.

No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Code. All returns are at your expense unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing. Refunds or replacements are issued only after inspection.

5. Warranty

The Product is sold “AS IS” with no warranty, express or implied. This includes (but is not limited to) any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Product will meet your specific needs or expectations.

6. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any injury, damage, loss, or harm (including property damage, personal injury, or indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages) resulting from the use, misuse, or inability to use the Product.

By purchasing the Product, you acknowledge and accept these conditions. You assume all risks associated with its use. You agree that we will not be held liable for any claims arising from the Product’s use or performance.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and Product descriptions, is our intellectual property or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our prior written consent.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Iowa, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your purchase shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Johnson County, Iowa.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top shows when changes were made. Your continued use of the Site or future purchases after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
